Power Foam is a high-foaming, super concentrated detergent designed for powerful cleaning of indoor and outdoor natural and engineered surfaces. Perfect for use with the JSI Foam Sprayer or simply add a splash to a bucket or watering can for effective everyday cleaning.

Power Foam produces a thick, clinging foam that increases dwell time, helping to loosen stubborn dirt and maximise cleaning efficiency.
How To Use
Foam Sprayer Application:

Dilute as directed in your JSI Foam Sprayer bottle.

Apply foam evenly across the surface.

Allow to dwell for several minutes.

Agitate with a broom or Stone Care Pad Holder Pro if required.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Bucket / Watering Can Application:

Add a splash (25–50ml) to 10 litres of water.

Apply evenly to the surface (covers up to 25m² / 269 sq ft per mix).

Agitate if required.

Rinse thoroughly.

What Surfaces Can I Seal?
Classic & Plus Sealants:
You can seal almost all porous hard surfaces, including but not limited to:
- Natural stone (limestone, sandstone, travertine, granite, marble)
- Pavers and concrete
- Porcelain and ceramic tile
- Grout, mortar joints, and render
- Honed or polished concrete
- Cement sheet cladding and stone veneers
- Terracotta and clay surfaces
Wood Sealant:
Exterior timber and wood where a natural appearance and low maintenance are required, allowing even greying and a clean, natural patina to develop over time.

Will this make the surface slippery?
No. Just Seal It products are impregnating sealers that absorb into the surface rather than sitting on top. When applied correctly, they do not alter the natural slip resistance of the material.
How Long Does The Protection Last?
Our sealers are designed to last indefinitely.
You can optionally reapply after 3–5 years to maintain peak performance, but they’ll never flake, yellow, or peel unlike traditional sealants.
How Much Sealer Do I Need?
Most surfaces will absorb around 10m² or 108 sq ft per litre.

How To Apply?
Prep:
Make sure your surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or residue.
Apply:
- Use the product undiluted.
- Apply two coats wet-on-wet — meaning the second coat goes on while the first is still damp, not dry.
- Use a low-pressure sprayer (rough / textured surfaces) and or microfibre applicator (smooth surfaces).
Avoid excess pooling or runoff.
When to Apply:
Ideal surface temperature: 10–30°C
Avoid application in rain or direct hot sun.
